This is not wpForo but some security plugin you have. wpForo anyways doesn't even handle logins and register. Just provides a kind of "form" for them....

@herwin Could the mysql version be a problem ? Because i read here about mysql 5.6 or later. @robert could comment on this.

You have a LOT of errors in your whole site and not just the forums. Press F12 in your browser and see the console. Apparently this causes errors also...
