I will have to remove that admin account because i don't feel safe to have it for a long time, with id and pass exposed on the internet.

Ok, still in my case the Login / Register doesn't happen for some reason .... I only care for visitors (guests).

I did. There is NO message displayed. Only the login/register popup (that in my site doesn't even show).

Create an account and i will switch it to admin group asap. I have the same issue in my test worpdress site, empty, no plugins, nothing.

You mean wpForo cache ? No i did not. Just did it. But i think i have tried all that, all caches, disabled all plugins that could conflict. No luck.

Ok, what happens if you set it to EXACTLY 20 mb ? Is still an error there ? And what exact error (what size) ?

Can you remove the 128 mb you have put in there and put something like 20. Maybe 128 is confusing the script. ..... and no one will be able to upload ...

Well the error shows 128 BYTES not MBytes.
