With Facebook SDK for JavaScript enabled, this fixed the issue i was having, thank you so much!

Deactivated all plugins except for wpforo and flushed cache for the website, Still no function of the share button.

@sofy thank you for your advise, it was the plugin Footer Putter messing up the display

flushed my cache, and deactivated my SG Optimizer provided by siteground.com. Same result still :/
