The link above is for page 12 of the thread. Page 13 (link below) is back to normal while page 12 is messed up.

@robert I have cleared the wpForo cache. We do not use any other cache or performance plugins other than the built in wpForo cache tools.

@robert Our forum users report that this pagination issue has returned.

@robert Item #2 appears to have fixed the issue. I will have a few others test it out.
