Another issue concerns automatic user account deletion. When a user in private browsing tries to delete their account by clicking the icon, a red error message appears:
“You do not have permission to perform this action.”

I have checked the settings, but I cannot find any option to authorize this action.

Is this a known issue, or have I missed a configuration?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi,

We don't follow you well. Could you please record a video to show how we can reproduce the same issue on our test websites and investigate it further?

@sofy : It's quite simple, I created a test account, I clicked on the icon to delete the account, confirmed, entered the password and ok. I then have the permission error message.

Here is a link with a video capture:

@scoufy

Please create a new user that can be deleted later, and send the login details for this user along with your admin login credentials to info[at]gvectors.com. I’ll ask the developers to investigate both issues you’re experiencing.

Hi,

No issues were found here. The user can delete their account without any problems. However, it doesn't work if the admin tries to delete the user, as it always shows an error stating that the password is incorrect. This function works correctly on our websites. The issue might be related to the 2FA password confirmation function on your website.
