Avatars Not Refreshing

I am having issues with avatars on my forum. When I or another member uploads a new avatar, they save it, and it will show on their profile page, but it wont show on the widgets in the side bar, nor in posts around the forum. I have deleted all the caches I have, even the forum user cache and my browser cache too, and so have the other members, but the problem persists. The new avatar is only showing on the profile page, not any where else on the forum. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

ok, changed it back to zero
