If a user is subscribed to a particular category that a topic is moved to, is the user notified that theres a new topic?

Hi mmw562,

If the user is subscribed to the particular forum and the topic/post is being moved from this forum no any notifications will be sent to the user.

If the user is subscribed to the particular forum and some unapproved topic/post is being moved there, and when the topic/post will be approved, the user will get a notification.

If the user is subscribed to the particular forum and some approved topic/post is being moved there then no any notifications will be sent to the user.
