The Anti-Spam by CleanTalk plugin told several users that the e-mail address did not exist, so it blocked it, thinking it was spam. When I added them to the whitelist, there was no problem.
Thank you for your help. I consider the topic closed. You are a wonderful community. I'm glad I switched from jomla and kunena to wpforo 🙂
