Works also for all websites (non Wordpress).

Wordpress.org (forums) is 98 !!!!
(those scrores, mine, here, have nothing to do with wpForo plugin itself but with Hosting)

Well i don't know. Gt Metrix give me Speed 89% and around 95% for Structure.
