Hey I think I have a couple of nice features that you could put on your ToDo List.
1. Read more in posts. I think this is quite a useful feature in a lot of Forums, people often do not want to read everypost and you want them to scroll less.
2. Inline Editing in the Reply Editor. TinyMce has an inline function with the inlite style, it just depends how you init it.
3. Placeholder in the Editor (Leave a Reply) I think that can be quite aesthetic in minimal forums.
