Hi, i have created forums with WP foro, but my forum topic URL isn't getting listed on Google.

What SEO plugin you use. The wpForo SEO is affected by your SEO plugin. wpForo cannot generate correct meta tags, titles and canonical URL.

BTW, have you posted your forum sitemap in Google Webmaster Tools?

BTW, if you've disabled wpForo SEO please enable it back in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Features admin page then delete all caches and CDN:

About second question, Shall i add Forum sitemap to Google search console as well?

You have some js errors in your pages (press F12 and check them out).

As for SEO, just use the SEO Framework and be safe.
