Hi guys. I sort of made this question before but I have had not replays to, and Im almost sure its because probable nobody understood my question due to my not great English 🙂 so Im trying to re-word the issue, and try to make it to the point and as clear as possible in order to confuse you less 🤣
I also apologise if this question may sounds too "logic" to you that could perhaps even looks sort of stupid but unfortunately Im learning as I go...
- On my WordPress escritory "users" I have 20 members
- On my Forum estatistics ONLY shows 18 members
- However, these 2 members that never showed up as "members acount in figure" on the forum, they did in fact at some point, showed in the forum statistics as being "our forum last registered member" (just didnt add in the forum number account)
Do you guys follow so far?, what could be the reasons for that?
- Could be that for whatever reason, these two members really signed in WordPress but never signed in the Forum? (I dont know, maybe because they were spammers or whatever....)
Anyway, I apologise if you guys still dont understand my question but if anyone would know or would guess what Im talking about, I would appreciate any minimum indication at least to satisfy my curiosity and to show me something new 🙂

Only active users are listed and counted by wpForo. Active users are those who have confirmed their registration by email. You can find inactive and active users in Dashboard > Forums > Members admin page, you can make an inactive user as active by clicking the Unban button:

I can do as you say but once selected I cant see where to actually change them to "active". I can see I can do other things with them but no see the option to change them to active anywhere
Just temporarily anyway as the forum its getting visits but I guest that the less members we are the less that actually joins in for obvious reasons

I didnt thought that could be the case as these members never been banned previously. It worked 🙂
One more question to that respect please. Are these two members, somehow subscribed yes or yes - for whatever reason (only that perhaps obviously they never confirmed their subscription), at some point "signed on the forum", OR, could they just somehow registered on my "wordpress" and as such showed also as members on the forum but that could have never been their intention?
Do this question make sense?, thanks again 🙂
They cannot be subscribed to any content because they haven't even login. Because they have not got a new password using the registration confirmation email. They have not confirmed their registration.
