One other thing I forgot Chris, I'm having a challenge with email subscriptions on my forum. Users can't subscribe to new replies. I used a plugin for the login section, and it doesn't send a verification link to a newly registered email.
could this be the reason why users can't subscirbe to new replies?
If "Enable Subscription Confirmation" button is active, user need to confirm their subscription from their mailbox.
I don't recommend deactivating that option.

That means that the user must confirm his subscription on the forum or topic in his mail, that option won't let X user to use Y user's email to subscribe on a forum or topic.
