I'm really sorry but there is no way to do this at the moment. You should find PHP developer and ask him to customize wpForo core.

What do you mean saying "speudo"?

If you mean adding Usergroup under User Display Name I can say there is no way. You should do HTML/PHP customization in theme files, this is a developer job, you should ask some developer to do that for you.
