Can wpforo add a new field to the forum, how to add it, or is there any plugin to add it

wpForo has User Custom Fields and Topic Custom Fields addons. Check if those are what you are looking for.
There is no way to add a field to forum. Even if you add it, you'll not be able to disable it on the front-end. There is no any function which shows fields on the front-end. This kind of changes require lots of custom scripting, and you should find some developer to do it for you.
