Instead of using UM or bbpress, can I just create a page using WP for user login and registration. I don’t want unneeded plugins. Thanks

Please note: user registration and account creation is a part of WordPress core. wpForo only provides a registration form, so if you have other pages for authorization, you need to fill those pages URL's in the appropriate fields.

Great, do I don’t actually need UM. I was thinking it was mandatory. Can you tell me what be the reason(s) for having UM if you have wpforo? Thank you

wpForo comes with an extended Member Profile system. It's not necessary to install some other profile plugins like UM, BuddyPress, etc.
However, some wpForo users need such profile plugins in such cases we've made the integration with those plugins.
