Maybe is another way to filter the members of other sites? e.g in function.php.

I mean thats the recipents list of your plugin have the same incompatible WP multisite issue like the members list.
It's not the best solution if the users of this site have a chance to send a message to customers of other sites in the network. 😉

Ok, i see you. The members may be selected as a recipient, but they'll not get PM's, the PM table of each subSite forums are different. In any case this is an issue, and this will also be updated.
