Please navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus > Edit Menus tab and make sure in the wpForo Menu is checked in the "Menu Settings" section. Save, delete all caches and check again.

Alvina has already explained the issue. The whole menu doesn't exist on your forum. First you should enable it in Dashboard > Appearance > Menus admin page, here is how it should be:
