Delete wpForo not working menus items from Dashboard > Appearance > Menus > wpForo Navigation(wpForo Menu)
And recreate them again using wpForo Menu Shortcodes, insert them in Custom Links Tabs, URL Field.
your Wp-Theme or a plugin removes the a tag from the active menu item and replaces it with
<span class="removed-link">....</span>
add this to custom css

display: block;
border:none;
padding: 15px 24px;
}
Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Style (custom css)
