How about just using Wpdiscuz editor instead of integrating with wpdiscuz if it is difficult?
It would be better to replace default editor with Wpdiscuz editor, and it would be easy right?

I'm sorry but it's not easy and it's not for forum. The wpDiscuz editor is a simple comment editor, it doesn't have all the current forum editor features.

wpForo uses the WordPress classic editor. We can't make deep changes in the core TinyMCE layout and style. maximum we can change the height and borders.
