OK, installed and the support for RTL is perfect.
However, there are few parameters (titles, headers) that I can not change to Hebrew.

wpForo supports RTL
Please navigate to Forums > Settings admin page and change the forum name/title and description.
To change page title just edit the forum page and change the title.

Most was resolved, as for the words that are not translated to Hebrew, I'll follow the other posts here.
I translated the front-end but didn't bother with most of the back-end.
