wpForo has nothing to do with the site title and meta description.

If you want to change the forum title and description, you should edit the board in wpForo > Boards admin page and change them.

i do not find enythink to change the forum title and descriptions. i locked under wpForo in all TAbs but nothing!

Again, the forum title and description is the same Board Title and Description. I've already mentioned the admin page. Please go to wpForo > Boards admin page, edit the board and change them. The doc: https://wpforo.com/docs/wpforo-v2/categories-and-forums/forum-boards/
