1. Is there notification feature that user will get notify in case new like or replay or new comment?

There is no notification on new like. Fro replies users get notified via email. The front-end notification is already in our to-do list. We'll add it in 1.5.x versions.

2. Where can I translate minut, hour, day and week phrases? I changed other phrases manually but they werent be on the list.

If your WordPress language is changed to the language you want to translate, the date phrase should already been translated. If yo still see some English words, try edit (if you didn't find just add) those in Dashboard > Forums > Phrases admin page. The phrase key should be the English version, the value iis the translation version. if this also doesn't help, you should translate those using the POT file or Loco Translate plugin:
