Currently i use BBPRESS and i would like to know if
WPFORO has or will have these features please :
1) to be able to Add"mark as solved/unsolved" admin links to the topic page. Users don’t have to go to the edit topic page anymore
2) to be able to ability to the owner of the forum posts to mark their topics as solved
3) add solved topic & best answer feature
4) Option to have "verified user" on profile

wpForo theme has built in four layouts. On all layouts, the solved button is located on the first post footer or header. For example in the Threaded layout, the solved button is located on the first post footer: https://www.screencast.com/t/QeZGJy3U

yes, the wpForo has an option for this approach. You just need to go to the Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Forum Accesses admin page, edit the forum access you need and make sure the "Can set own topic solved" CAN's is enabled. Screenshot below: https://www.screencast.com/t/ooxqdLnNvrSc

There is a filter Dropdown on the Recent Posts page. Here you can find Recent, Unread, Solved, Not Replied Topics. Screenshot below: https://www.screencast.com/t/2NjoSDnfJe

Option to have "verified user" on profile
In the wpForo just registered a user considered as a New user. There are some useful options to limit just registered users and minimize spam. To check it just navigate to the Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Antispam admin page "New Registered User" section.
Also, I'll suggest you to check the wpForo Member Reputation system. The built-in member reputation system based on the number of users' posts. This system grants Rating Titles and Rating Badges. All components of this system (number of posts, titles, badges) can be customized and changed through this admin section. To check it just navigate to the Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Members admin page "Member Reputation and Titles" section.
