Hello! I have seen many posts asking if the admin can subscribe users to particular topics. I find this very useful for work groups for example, however, not supported. 

So I have this question or maybe feature requests: Would it be possible to users can subscribe to categories? And every time a new subcategory/topic is created, they get an email notification?
