Unfortunately, it's not that simple! These are different phrases and they refer to different places in the answer branches. Here, I tried to illustrate more clearly in the screenshot:
And, the worst thing is, in our case THERE is NO WAY to swap the number and the word with a colon, as I did with another phrase, which you noticed, but, unfortunately, it was a DIFFERENT PHRASE. In our case, nothing can be swapped, because there is no number in the form of "%s". See the screenshot:
Adding a "New Phrase" did not lead to success. Also, unfortunately, the issue is not solved through Loco Translate. It seems that only a small change to the wpForo code itself will fix the problem.
