when you click on "last messages" on a list of "last messages". So far so good.
If we click on a subject present in "last message" we arrive on the last message only if the subject fits only on one page.

If the topic of the forum is on several pages, when you click on the last messages, you arrive on the first message of the discussion.

Do you have a solution? A badly adjusted setting?

You're using the Extended Forum Layout. You can manage all settings and collapse the recent posts in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Topics & Posts Tab.

Also, you can change your forum layout to other layout. Please read this doc: https://wpforo.com/docs/root/categories-and-forums/forum-layouts/
