In my opinion, About Us, Contact Us, Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and DMCA Copyright should be at the footer of the website not in the Navigation Menu, also, Subscriptions should be in My Profile as it is part of User's Profile. This will make the navigation menu designed better, and the Menu will be on one line with the search and notification bell buttons.
And the last thing, in my opinion, is that your Search input is too big, making it less high, will change the look of the forum. Also in the sidebar you have only search input which is getting out from the forum design, removing it will make the forum wider and the forum/topics Titles will make bigger, so it will be easier to read them.

I advise you clear the cache for my site and view it again.
Cos I don't understand ... I removed the subscription long time ago....
