The beginning here, but the topic was closed.

I turned off the captcha for guests. but the script is still loaded... (((

 

My forum powered by wpForo v2.1.6 (theme GeneratePress v3.0.2)

The loading of reCAPTCHA is not connected to that options, so there is no solution to turn them off. We may consider to work on this in the future, but at the moment there is no any solution for you.
