I have 4 installation on 4 websites, each one has some problems.

I reported earlier on your forum. blank pages. login-logout on forum menu gone.

On 2 sites I have to use the wp-login, the login/logout buttons disappeared on the forum menu bar. Also to note, your add-ons pricing are too high.  SMF is a forum, works faster simpler, and has all. Part of your docs are "under construction".

Yours look great, functionality sucks.. I am uninstall all for myself and clients. your support forum takes too long to answer. You should have 1-2 dedicated person to respond asap on support.

The deactivate and un-install is terrible. When selecting a reason, the pop-up extends and open a comment field, however, the "action" button is off screen. tried on 2 comp, with Chrome and Firefox, and impossible to deactivate or uninstall.

Have to go into the server to delete all your files and data.

You guys need to fix a lot of little issues.  I bet, you are deleting this post, like you did before few others, I saw and were gone shortly after.

I wasted a lot of time and regret to recommend it to some clients.

There is nothing wrong with wpForo plugin as you mention. wpForo has a large installed base, with some really heavy sites and no complains.

If you have white pages of death, it is up to you to find out why, using standard WP debug. wpForo is a big and complicated plugin and conflicts with other plugins can occur.

Also deactivate and uninstall works great, not a single issue whatsoever.

SMF is NOT a Wordpress plugin but a standalone php forum. wpForo is a Wordpress plugin and as such, it has the capabilities and limitations of Wordpress.

Hi @florida47,

There are more than thousands of themes and plugins of WordPress which are potential conflict maker with wpForo. Believe me wpForo works with most of theme without any issue. So the best troubleshooting is temporary disabling plugins and changing the WordPress theme.

If you still cannot find the problem reason, then we have to login to your WordPress dashboard and try to find the conflict reasons. So just prepare an admin login details and send it to support[at]gvectors.com with "wpForo Support / Accesses" subject (the subject does matter).
