In this discussion in 2018 it was mentioned that an app may be built for wpforo

Is there any update on this?

Check out my Wpforo forum, lots of customisations and add ons 🙂

The APP is planned with 2.x.x version of wpForo. It's already mentioned in many support topics. At the moment we don't have any eta for that.
