We have upgraded to the latest version of WPForo this morning, and there are a few things to get used to... However, it was reported that all users are seeing the admin notice which should only show up for guest users. It worked perfectly in v 1.x. In trying to make changes, I see the visibility option is set to Guest, Moderator, Customer and Registered. I de-selected everything but Guest and saved changes and it doesn't save, all of the previous selections are back.

Yes, we know about this issue and are fixing now... Please wait for the next release, it comes very soon. At the moment, you can copy the HTML code of your notice and save it in a txt file, keeping the note empty. Once the update is released, you can insert it again.
