My slug (base forum url) was "forums", now it has been changed to "community". Thank God i was informed and reverted it.
This will ruin indexing for everyone.
This is not a general issue, it seems something has gone wrong during the migration. We know that the slug must be kept the same, and we have done lots of work to prevent such things. Please let us know the steps you've done to update. It seems you also have a WordPress page with /community/ slug, or you have not changed the page slug before, or something else. But this is not a general issue, for sure. This is a website issue or update specific issue.
I have updated from Wordpress.org today (since yesterday was WP org was down late at night).

Anyways, i had to restore the backup with 1.9.x and verified it. And then updated AGAIN to wpForo 2 and voila, same issue.
I edited it and seems to be fine.
Still, where do i have "community" as you say? I don't get it.
I will update today 3 other sites and see how it goes.
I mean, you may have some page with [wpforo] shortocde which has /community/ slug. Please check all your pages, also in thrashed tab and make sure you don't have a page containing [wpforo] with /community/ slug.
This seems strange. A second wpForo 2 update and the slugs were preserved correctly. No issues.
