As you can see in the screenshots provided below, your forum URL is https://leastrisk.com/ community/, but you make a search using https://leastrisk.com/ forum/sitemap.xml, thus you will get the wrong result Google Search Console. See the screenshots below:

This Is only because Last Night I Reset Wp Form setting to default and was trying to see if this fixed the problem, 
I myself changed forum to Community  But again this did not solve my problem in google search console. and it is still showing in site maps that "0" URL discovered.?

If now everything is correct, and you make a search with the correct forum slug, then there should not be such an issue anymore.

Yes, it Worked, So The answer for anyone looking for google search index problem lies in the fact that we need to use community in url or use default wp-foro settings, I just reset the forum urls and google is discovering URLs now.
