Hello, I have a forum, and I am an admin, my question is, why, being the owner of the forum, does it not let me edit posts, delete posts or anything if I am the owner of the forum?

Please check your account in Dashboard > Users > Profile admin page, scroll down and find your usergroup, make sure you're admin.
Then check the Full Access permissions in wpForo > Accesses admin page,
Then edit each forum and make sure the Admin usergroup has Full Access permission.
Have you done any customization of wpForo template files?
Something is misconfigured or crashed on your end. I cannot help you based on q/a.
Please send the admin login details to support[at]gvectors.com email address so we could check the issue. This is not a wpForo bug, for sure.
