Could you please delete all types of caches and check again?

Unfortunately, it did not fix the issue. I tried to delete all caches, delete user cache, exclude wpForo links from caching and Hard flush the permalinks.
It seems like the link issue only happens when we are logged in but the Anonymous issue happens regardless if were logged in or not.
Any other way to fix this?
