I have run into the issue that the "Enable User Manually Approval System" doesn't work. I have it checked no, but I am still am having to manually approve users.
Has anyone else run into this problem?

Please make sure the caches are deleted. Check out this FAQ as well: https://wpforo.com/community/faq/wpforo-and-cache-plugins/#post-37150
