Go to wp-content/themes/swell/ in swell folder (which should be your WordPress active theme) you will find wpforo folder, rename wpforo folder name.

No, there is no wpforo folder in the swell theme.
However, I have already solved the problem as follows.

Since ver. 2.0, it seems that the [wpforo] shortcode is pre-fired, which causes the problem.
