[Closed] Why are Guests able to comment on my posts?

For some reason, a guest has been able to comment on a post in my forum! I have all guests access set to read only access, this shouldn't be happening.

Any idea why this has happened?

That's weird, I can't post a reply as a guest, no matter how I try, to find out what's going on we need to check such a post and the user.
