As an admin I see the edit button fine. But this user cannot get an edit button for his own posts. Attached is a screenshot of the settings for his access level.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi@spaley,

Please read the doc suggested by @tutrix. 

Set the "Allow Edit Own Topic for" and "Allow Edit Own Post for"  option value 0 if you want to remove the time limit.
