Limited Support
Our team is currently on holiday, so support will be limited during this period. Response times may be slower than usual, and some inquiries may be delayed.
We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’ll resume our usual support by the end of August.
I installed a forum on the site. When I register, messages come to me in the following way:
After clicking the “>” sign is added to the link and you have to manually delete it to be able to set a password.
In the panel I have set (in polish language):
User name: [user_login]
To set a password, visit the following address:
[Set_password_url]
How can I remove these invalid html tags to make the link clickable and correct?
Hi @seoadam999,
This is a Email Client specific issue. Open this email in other email services like Gmail or Yahoo or some other and you'll see the difference. Something is wrong with that email software, it doesn't understand HTML headers.
It IS a Email Client specific issue for sure. I see that with my Thunderbird client for ALL email coming from Wordpress, wpForo included. Not sure who and why adds those <>.
BUT Thunderbird recognizes it correctly and the links work ok.
Thanks 🙂
