I have noticed an issue where users can select forums to post. The option where a user can choose what forum to post to from a dropdown list of forums. Please help.

When someone needs to add a post he/she should be prompted which forum to post right?

I don't see this option on my side how can set this?

You should use the wpForo Threaded Layout.
