[Closed] Admin Ajax issues

Hi guys, I have been having problems for a while. A lot of heart beat issues, and admin ajaz requests. I did some checking and it might be the wpforo notification that are causing the problems. "wpforo_load_notifications" send for admin Ajax..... am i mistaken, or could this be the issue i am having?

@percysgrowroom,

I don't see any reason to make a big problem from this. Just provide an example of that AJAX requests and I'll let you know the problem maker and probably we can find a solution. This is all I was trying to get from you in my previous posts. There is no way to understand and help you without the example of AJAX request. So let's help me by providing more details, so I can help you too.
