Someone is spamming my forum and I cannot check his profile. I am the admin of the forum but I cannot access his profile and it says "Guest" which I don't allow also the guest to post in my forum.
Kindly direct me on how to stop this user to spam.

Hi @forummember ,
This user has deleted his/her profile. That's why you see it as guest. He/she has registered, created topics and posts then deleted himself.
Now you can delete his/her topics and posts in Dashboard > wpForo > Moderation admin page.
