Hello everybody!

I am building a forum with multiple sub-forums (250). The purpose of this forum is to manage the sections of my various online training courses for my customers. Each member can be in one or more courses. So I've created secondary usergroups for each course with the corresponding accesses. My problem now is to import the list of my 3,000 members and find a way of assigning each of them the corresponding group.

In WordPress, it's possible to automate the import of a csv sheet containing the list of members, the training courses of which they are members and to have WordPress create an account for each one by assigning them the “registered” group.

How can I get the information from this csv sheet into wpforo to assign secondary groups based on all the training courses purchased by a member? Given the large number of customers, it would take an enormous amount of time to do this manually, and to do it for each sale. So I'd like to find a quick and easy way to do it?

Can anyone help me find a solution? Perhaps one of you has been in a similar situation?

Thank you! 😊

Hi,

We're really sorry, but there is not an easy solution we can post here.

I'd recommend purchasing pro support and reaching out to the pro support team for customizations: https://wpforo.com/pro-support/#plugin-support
