When I'm logged in as a WP admin I can see the Attach file option. But when logged in as a general user it's missing. Just wondering if I've accidentally changed a setting to disable this. See attached.

Check your settings
Dashboard > wpForo > Settings > Spam Protection
- Min number of posts to be able to attach a file or post links
Dashboard > wpForo > Settings > Usergroups
Usergroup Permissions (CAN’s)
- Can attach file
- Can view attached files
