Hope you are all well. Im very new to forums infact this is the first one i ever doing.
I need advice on how to create and build.
First a but feedback on my site.
The site show case business almost like a directory.
Users cant register online, and are added by Admin.
So here are my dilemma.
We are 2 Groups lets call them "Group A" and "Group B"
Group A having 28 members must have there on Forum that only group A members could see.
same for group B that have 16 members.
Some of this members must be able to see group A and B
But there must be a forum where this two groups be on together
Now my questions:
- Do i create 3 boards to do so?
- I already create boards and assign members but now im not sure in the screen shot i see 42 members, are i suppose to see al of them on each?
Please assist? and give some advice

It is not necessary to have different boards. You can simply create forums within one board and configure them using the forum accesses. Yes sure. The users are the same for each board.
