Hello - thanks for the great Plugin.
I might have found a bug: I accidentally replied (as administrator) to a post that had not yet been approved.
Now I am unable to approve the post. When I try, the page reloads and keeps the showing the post as unapproved.

You should do a bulk approvement. Just check all unapproved topics and post and approve them. Also please delete wpForo cache in Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page.
It doesn't matter you replied to unapproved or approved topic it must approve them in Dashboard > Forums > Moderation admin page. If this is a topic/post specific issue and if this works well for other topics just remove this one.
