We just switched hosts and now I can't access my database.
I get an error message that says:
wpForo Database Update Problem - Action Required!
And when I click on it I get told I am not allowed to access that page.
Help!
Hi @aar,
You've made something wrong. The database tables are not migrated correctly.
Try the following steps if it doesn't help, you should ask for pro support.
1. Edit your profile in Dashboard and make sure you have "Admin" usergroup in wpForo section, scroll down to find the wpForo section.
2. Go to wpForo > Tools > Database Tables tab and make sure there is no any problem, you you see any, you shold click the [Resolve Problems] button.
3. Go to wpForo > Overview admin page and click the [Delete All caches] button.
I've done that. I can now get in but there is no database to see.
