During last few days I always see you're having lots of different problems. Nobody has such problems. I think you need to learn more before starting using wpForo. You should not use any plugin which is too difficult for you. I recommend start with wpForo documentation, then read related topics.
For this problem I recommend contact us via support[at]gvectors.com email address and send admin login details to allow us to understand what have you damaged or misconfigured.

why you need sing in?
Ok, now all is clear. So just explain all as clean as possible. Now I see what is the problem. You just need to disable (set NO) the "Replace Login Page URL to Forum Login Page URL" option in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Features admin page.
That doesn't have any relation to register email. That two options are only for changing the default WP login/register pages to wpForo. So please set those NO if you don't want them.
Almost all options have (?) icon which opens wpForo Documentation. Those two also have the doc icons, so please just keep reading the doc before using any option: https://wpforo.com/docs/root/wpforo-settings/features/#url-replace
This is why I ask you learn more about this plugin before using it. This is a large plugin, so you should have minimum skills to use it.
